A carefully crafted and finessed wine, our this wine displays an array of characteristics from bright fruit notes of cherry to woody notes, followed by undertones of baking spices. Light, earthy aromas and flavors, this wine pairs best with pork loin, fennel, mushrooms, and creamy brie.

Our signature blend of nearly equal parts of Cabernet Franc and Lemberger, aged minimally in oak to preserve and finish with a nod to a fruit-forward finish. This wine is complex, yet simple enough for any occasion. Mixed berries and pepper spice notes, medium in body, with a long and delicate finish. Exceptional by itself, and perfectly suitable to pair with pasta, pizza, barbecue, and sharp cheeses.

Medium bodied. Flavors of dark fruits, black pepper and cedar.

Fruity flavors of blueberry & black cherry with a touch of leather. Medium bodied with felty tannins.

Ripe raspberry flavor with a full velvety tannin mouthfeel. Gorgeous notes of cocoa, anise, and black pepper. Delicious now, with the ability to age for several years as it softens in the bottle.

Cab Franc is one of, if not our most important red grape variety grown here. This variety is used in two of our favorite blends (4 Freds Red and Phoenician Red), as well as our rosé wines. 

4 Freds Red is our signature blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Lemberger. It is named after the four generations of Freds in our family. Aging over 18 month in oak, this wine has deep aromas of plum and cedar and fruit-forward flavors of cherries and other dark berries. A nice smooth finish with subtle notes of currant and chocolate, this wine pairs nicely with grilled eggplant, rosemary prime rib, and aged cheddar. 2020

From the first plantings in New York State, this Grüner Veltliner showcases the classic expressions of its Austrian roots. Soft, lingering acidity, flavors of pineapple, apple, pear and lime, with an underlying minerality. 

Aromas and flavors of pear, white peach, honeydew and crispy green apple. Fuller in body, with incredible minerality to tantalize the entirety of your tongue, and a crisp bright finish!
 

Barrel fermented and aged for one year in older French oak barrels.  Medium bodied, creamy mouthfeel, balanced with a firm acidity and subtle oak tannins. Flavors of lemon custard, pear and green apple on the finish.
