2021 4 Freds Red

4 Freds Red is our signature blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Lemberger. It is named after the four generations of Freds in our family. Aging over 18 month in oak, this wine has deep aromas of plum and cedar and fruit-forward flavors of cherries and other dark berries. A nice smooth finish with subtle notes of currant and chocolate, this wine pairs nicely with grilled eggplant, rosemary prime rib, and aged cheddar.
