Our flagship wine, named after the four Freds in the Zugibe family.  A dry blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Lemberger. Deep notes of plum, cedar and dark berries. Velvety, smooth finish.

Light and refreshing bringing flavors of lemon, peach, and apple. A little residual sugar balances the acidity nicely. Cheers!

Medium bodied. Flavors of dark fruits, black pepper and cedar.

Cabernet Franc is the flagship red varietal of the Finger Lakes Region. This wine was aged for 2 years in French oak barrels.  It is medium bodied with flavors of raspberry, cherry, and cedar. This wine will pair nicely with a wide variety of foods, including meats, pastas and cheeses. Cheers!

Our signature blend of nearly equal parts of Cabernet Franc and Lemberger, aged minimally in oak to preserve and finish with a nod to a fruit-forward finish. This wine is complex, yet simple enough for any occasion. Mixed berries and pepper spice notes, medium in body, with a long and delicate finish. Exceptional by itself, and perfectly suitable to pair with pasta, pizza, barbecue, and sharp cheeses.

A carefully crafted and finessed wine, our this wine displays an array of characteristics from bright fruit notes of cherry to woody notes, followed by undertones of baking spices. Light, earthy aromas and flavors, this wine pairs best with pork loin, fennel, mushrooms, and creamy brie. 

Made from Cabernet Franc, lightly pressed with minimal skin contact to produce a light, crisp, refreshing Rose'.

This wine was fermented and aged in mostly neutral French oak barrels with periodic lees stirring, creating a fuller, creamy body, nice acidity, and flavors of green apple and pear. Cheers!

This new release is dry, light & crisp with floral aromas and stone fruits.

Riesling is a highly versatile grape that makes excellent wines in a wide range of styles from bone dry to very sweet wines.  This wine was crafted in a semi-dry style. Perfect for someone who likes a little sweetness in their wine and likewise would make an excellent pairing with bbq, spicy food, fruit and desserts.  Cheers!

From the first plantings in New York State, this Grüner Veltliner showcases the classic expressions of its Austrian roots. Soft, lingering acidity, flavors of pineapple, apple, pear and lime, with an underlying minerality. 

Aromas and flavors of pear, white peach, honeydew and crispy green apple. Fuller in body, with incredible minerality to tantalize the entirety of your tongue, and a crisp bright finish!
