4 Freds Red is our signature blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Lemberger. It is named after the four generations of Freds in our family. Aging over 18 month in oak, this wine has deep aromas of plum and cedar and fruit-forward flavors of cherries and other dark berries. A nice smooth finish with subtle notes of currant and chocolate, this wine pairs nicely with grilled eggplant, rosemary prime rib, and aged cheddar. 2020

From the first plantings in New York State, this Grüner Veltliner showcases the classic expressions of its Austrian roots. Soft, lingering acidity, flavors of pineapple, apple, pear and lime, with an underlying minerality.

Cab Franc is one of, if not our most important red grape variety grown here. This variety is used in two of our favorite blends (4 Freds Red and Phoenician Red), as well as our rosé wines. 

Rich & full bodied with great tannin structure.  Notes of mixed berries, black currant & cedar. Pairs with hearty stews, lamb & sharp cheddar.

Medium bodied. Flavors of dark fruits, black pepper and cedar.

This wine is complex, yet simple enough for any occasion. Mixed berries and pepper spice notes, medium in body, with a long and delicate finish. Exceptional by itself, and perfectly suitable to pair with pasta, pizza, barbecue, and sharp cheeses.

A carefully crafted and finessed wine, our this wine displays an array of characteristics from bright fruit notes of cherry to woody notes, followed by undertones of baking spices. Light, earthy aromas and flavors, this wine pairs best with pork loin, fennel, mushrooms, and creamy brie. 

Made from 50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Pinot Noir. This summertime favorite has gorgeous aromas and flavors of strawberry, cherry, basil, and cayenne pepper. Dry, yet just enough fruit on the palate to balance the bright and luscious finish. Pair this wine with grilled meats and veggies, smoked bbq, caprese salad, gazpacho, and most definitely with tacos and Southwestern foods.

Barrel fermented and aged for one year in older French oak barrels.  Medium bodied, creamy mouthfeel, balanced with a firm acidity and subtle oak tannins. Flavors of lemon custard, pear and green apple on the finish.

Showcasing classic Gewurztraminer aromas and flavors of Lychee fruit, ginger and rose petal, this off-dry wine finishes with a full, juicy, and balanced mouthfeel. Pair perfectly with spicy foods, Korean BBQ, spicy Thai, and exotic dishes. 

Having a fruit-forward approach with fuller body this wine finishes more like a true Alsatian version. Gorgeous notes of white peach, green apple, and pear, with a subtle limestone minerality. Pairs excellently with pasta carbonara, pork tenderloin, light fish, leafy greens, and parmigiana reggiano. 
 

Stunning notes of lemon grass and bright citrus fruit. Aromas of fresh citrus blossom, leading to a long, crisp and refreshing finish. With its great acidity, it pairs amazingly with herb-driven sauces over lighter meats and vegetables, Thai and Vietnamese dishes, citrus-driven seafood, feta and chevre cheeses.
